Ingredients
Use the chart below in order to gather your ingredients. The cooking instructions will remain the same whether you are making pancakes, waffles or crepes.

Directions
1. Blend water and oil.
2. Add whole wheat pancake blend to water and oil
3. Stir Gently until smooth. Small lumps may remain. CAREFUL NOT TO OVER MIX.
4. IMPORTANT: LET BATTER SET FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL BATTER THICKENS.
6. Grill Temperature: 340-350 degrees
Family Suggestions
Try using skim milk or soy milk instead of water as a healthy substitute and makes pancakes fluffier.
SERVE with fruit - As a topping or mix in the batter. Blueberries(Mom's favorite), bananas, strawberries, apple cinnamon.
Sprinkles- Cinnamon, chocolate chips(My favorite), chopped nuts, powdered sugar, etc.
Also, try adding cinnamon or vanilla extract or even chocolate chips to blend!
Helpful Ideas
Place leftover pancakes in a plastic bag and store in refrigerator or freezer
Keep pancakes warm by placing on cookie sheet and placing in oven at 200 degrees.
